We needed service on a mini-split air conditioner. Our technician Jesse James was prompt and very professional. He also shared some information to educate us on keeping the system working properly. I also appreciated how quickly they responded! Answering the phone and helping a customer right away is rare nowadays! After a frustrating experience with another plumbing company, I called these guys for a second opinion, and I’m so glad I did. Jared was honest, professional, and took the time to explain everything without any pressure or scare tactics. He provided the camera footage, walked me through the condition of my sewer line, and gave me straightforward recommendations. Jared is the man—a great guy who truly cares about doing the job right. If you haven't heard of the name rapid rooter plumbing by Chad and Jessica Lee Librizzi, you need to. Luckily over the years I haven't had the need to call them (thankfully right?) But when there was a need, it was an emergency. Started with a leak, found out it was plumbing on the HVAC unit itself that was causing the leak but incredibly, they are now known as rapid rooter plumbing AND Air. Called them Sunday afternoon when most businesses are closed but the AC in my home had to be turned off to prevent the spread of damage and mold. We already had the ceilings and walls opened up to determine where it was coming from and how bad the damage was. They sent their tech Jesse out to our home in a couple hours. Diagnostics didn't take long and it was a simple fix luckily but he didn't push anything on me that wasnt needed. He was great with my dogs too. Their daughter that answered the phones was also super friendly and made sure we were gonna get taken care of because summer in Phoenix without AC is no joke. If youre looking for a family run, local, incredible company this is it. Im back to operational within a few hours of calling these guys and my dogs are no longer dying in the heat with no escape. I have been a part of building five restaurants, I have had 1 million commercial disasters, and I have never had service even close to how outstanding this company and their TECH, JARED, have been in this entire process! Cannot rave enough about the entire service process from the first phone call to Aspen, her follow up, Jared’s‘s rapid response and how quickly they took care of us and got us back on our feet. Cannot recommend them highly enough!
