Luckily over the years I haven't had the need to call them (thankfully right?) But when there was a need, it was an emergency. Started with a leak, found out it was plumbing on the HVAC unit itself that was causing the leak but incredibly, they are now known as rapid rooter plumbing AND Air. Called them Sunday afternoon when most businesses are closed but the AC in my home had to be turned off to prevent the spread of damage and mold. We already had the ceilings and walls opened up to determine where it was coming from and how bad the damage was. They sent their tech Jesse out to our home in a couple hours. Diagnostics didn't take long and it was a simple fix luckily but he didn't push anything on me that wasnt needed. He was great with my dogs too. Their daughter that answered the phones was also super friendly and made sure we were gonna get taken care of because summer in Phoenix without AC is no joke. If youre looking for a family run, local, incredible company this is it. Im back to operational within a few hours of calling these guys and my dogs are no longer dying in the heat with no escape.
