They recommended optional extras but were not pushy about unnecessary services. AC is running great and service was excellent. We called Rapid Rooter …Seth came and ran his test, and was able to adjust the pressure valve without having to replace it saving us a lot of money. He added refrigerant to the unit and adjusted Our blower motor. He is courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. He suggested doing a leak test due to the amount of refrigerant needed. Dane29 June 2026If you haven't heard of the name rapid rooter plumbing by Chad and Jessica Lee Librizzi, you need to. Luckily over the years I haven't had the need to call them (thankfully right?) But when there was a need, it was an emergency. Started with a leak, found out it was plumbing on the HVAC unit itself that was causing the leak but incredibly, they are now known as rapid rooter plumbing AND Air. Called them Sunday afternoon when most businesses are closed but the AC in my home had to be turned off to prevent the spread of damage and mold. We already had the ceilings and walls opened up to determine where it was coming from and how bad the damage was. They sent their tech Jesse out to our home in a couple hours. Diagnostics didn't take long and it was a simple fix luckily but he didn't push anything on me that wasnt needed. He was great with my dogs too. Their daughter that answered the phones was also super friendly and made sure we were gonna get taken care of because summer in Phoenix without AC is no joke. If youre looking for a family run, local, incredible company this is it. Im back to operational within a few hours of calling these guys and my dogs are no longer dying in the heat with no escape. This is peak season for air conditioning contractors, it's hard to know who you can trust and who will provide quick follow through when temperatures become dangerous. These guys are fantastic! They were able to get out the same day diagnose the issue and immediately order the part which happened to be a compressor in this instance right away and get my air conditioner back up and running. Jesse James coordinated with me throughout the process, was very professional and even went out of his way to replace a small part on this second AC unit that needed attention and included it in the fee without me asking. We were extremely happy with the work Jared did. Aside from the flush, he replaced an outside hose bibb that leaked, did a minor toilet tank rebuild and my favorite, installed a new sink, faucet and garbage disposal. The workmanship is amazing.
