I contacted Rapid Rooter in response to a dangerous carbon monoxide buildup in my home. Chad explained to me the thermodynamics of a water heater and how the heat generated from the flame will actually remove the carbon monoxide. Turns out my 17 year old water heater while functioning had become a danger for my pets and my family. Chad quickly assessed the situation, installed a new water heater, supply lines and a new flue at a competitive price.
